     Never Fail Pie Crust

Ingredients
4 c. flour
1 1/4 c. shortening
1 tsp. salt
1 T. sugar
1 egg
1/2 c. water
1 T. vinegar
 

Instructions
Blend together first 4 ingredients. Add egg, water, and vinegar. Mix well, then mold. Chill at least 15 min before rolling. This recipe can also be frozen. Makes 4 good sized crusts.
