     Chocolate Zucchini Cake

Ingredients
1/2 c. margarine
1/2 c. oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk (1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice and 1/2c. milk)
2 1/2 c. flour
4 T. cocoa
1 tsp. soda
 
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated zucchini
Instructions
Cream margarine, oil and sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; beat. Sift dry ingredients together and add to sugar mixture. Add sour milk. Mix in zucchini. Spread in a 9x13 in. pan. Top with 1/2 c. chocolate chips and 1/2 c. brown sugar. Bake at 325 for 40-45 min.
