     Mexican cheese soup

Ingredients
1 lb. processed cheese, cubes
1 lb. ground beef, cooked and drained
1 can whole kernel corn, undrained
1 can kidney beans, undrained
1 jalpeno pepper, seeded and diced
1 can diced tomatoes w/ green chiles, undrained
1 can stewed tomatoes, undrained
1 envelope taco seasoning
 

Instructions
Coat inside of crockpot with nonstick cooking spray. Combine cheese, beef, corn, beans with liquid, jalpeno, tomatoes w/chiles, stewed tomatoes and taco seasoning in prepared slow cooker.
Cover, cook on low 4-5 hrs until done. serve with corn chips.
