Heat grill for indirect cooking as directed by manufacturer. In small bowl, mix 1/4 cup ketchup and honey. set aside. In large bowl, mix remaining ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, garlic salt, pepper and egg.
Stir in bread crumbs and onion. Then stir in beef until well mixed. Shape beef into patties, 3/4 in thick and 3 1/2 in in diameter. Wrap 1 piece bacon around each patty. secure with toothpick.
Carefully spray grill rack. Place patties on unheated side of grill. Cook 20-25 minutes or until slightly pink in center. Turn patties and brush with ketchup mixture. Cook 5-8 min longer until meat is done.
