preheat oven to 300 degrees. rinse and pat dry pork shoulder. mix
together the brown sugar, garlic, cumin, salt, and cayenne pepper.
rub the mixture generously over the pork.
in a large roasting pan add the onions, broth, and coke. place the
seasoned pork shoulder in pan and roast for 4-6 hours or until
tender. when the pork is tender enough, shred the pork and reserve
some of the broth for serving.
serve this pork by itself, on a bun with barbeque sauce, or as pork
tacos.
