Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Dip chicken in buttermilk and roll in breadcrumbs. Place in sprayed non - stick baking pan and bake for 1 hour or until tender.
Tip- If you don't want to cut up the chicken, buy 2 pounds of pieces you want.
Tip- To make buttermilk, mix 1 cup milk with 1 Tablespoon lemon juice or vinegar and let milk stand for about 10 minutes.
