     Cheddar Cheese Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1 (8 ounce) package snall egg noodles
3 Tablespoons butter
1 (10 ounce) package chopped frozen chopped bell peppers and onions
1 (10 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
1 (4 ounce) can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
4 cups cooked, diced chicken
1 (12 ounce) package shredded cheddar cheese
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Cook noodles according to package directions and drain. melt butter in skillet and saute bell peppers and onions. In large bowl, combine boodles, sauteed mixture, remaining ingredients and 1/2 teaspoon pepper. Pour into sprayed 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Cover and bake for 35 to 40 minutes or until bubble around edges of casserole.
