In large bowl, combine beef, salsa and cracker crumbs and form into 6 to 8 patties. In sprayed skillet over medium heat, brown patties. Reduce heat and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and simmer for 15 minutes. In saucepan, combine soup, 1 teaspoon pepper and 1/2 cup water or milk. Heat and mix well. Pour onion sauce over beef patties and simmer for additional 10 minutes. Serve over hot biscuits.
