     Creamy Mushroom Beef over Rice

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 (10 ounce) can golden cream of mushroom soup
2 cup cooked rice
 
Instructions
Brown beef in skillet, crumble and drain. Stir in soup, diluted with 1/2 can water or milk. Stir and simmer for 20 minutes and serve over hot rice.
