In large bowl, combine all ingredients except potatoes and shape into 6 patties. Cook patties over medium heat in sprayed large skillet for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Transfer patties to glass dish to serve. In same skillet with drippings from patties, add flour and 1/2 teaspoon each of salt and pepper. Stir to mix well. Turn heat to high and slowly pour milk into skillet while stirring constantly until gravy thickens. To serve, pour gravy over patties and mashed potatoes.
