4 eggs

2 cups sugar

1 tsp vanilla

Instructions |

|
Beat eggs. Gradually add sugar, slowly add oil. Add vanilla. Combine dry ingredients and add sour cream. Gently fold in fruit. Spoon into muffin pans.

Topping- 1 tsp cinnamon, 1/3 cup sugar, 1 Tbsp butter. Mix together and sprinkle over muffins.
|
|
|
Bake @ 400 for 20 minutes. Makes about 24 muffins. Ann bakes hers at 375.
