Ingredients
1 1/4 cup of whole wheat flour
1 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. splenda
1 cup of skim milk
1/2 cup of egg beaters
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 tbsp. cinnamon
 

Instructions
Mix flour, baking soda, and splenda in a bowl. Mix milk, eggs, and vanilla in another bowl. Beat dry mix roughly, so as to add more air to mix. Stir in cinnamon last. Use PAM on the skillet.
