     Tuna and Egg Salad - 86 cal

Ingredients
12 oz of tuna packed in water
4 hard boiled eggs
3 tbsp. light mayonnaise
2 tbsp. of yellow mustard
dash of pepper
 

Instructions
Boil 4 eggs. Chop up hard boiled eggs into a mixing bowl. Mix eggs with all other ingredients. Use on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
Serving Suggestions
1 serving = 1/4 cup of the tuna and egg salad = 86 cal
