Place the ground beef and sausage in a large bowl
and add the onion, sauces, bread crumb, and egg.
Mix thoroughly with hands and divide the mixture
into 6 portions and shape into patties.
Refrigerate for at least 30 min. Place the patties
on a hot, lightly oiled BBQ grill plate or flat
plate. BBQ over the hottest part of the fire for 8
min or each side. Meanwhile, fry the extra onions
on an oiled hotplate until golden.
To make the BBQ Sauce, heat the oil in a small sauce
pan. Cook the onion for 5 min or until soft. Add
the vinegar, sugar, and sauces and stir until the
sauce comes to a boil. Reduce the head and simmer
for 3 min. Allow to cool.
