4 stalk green onions

2tsp garlic
|

1/2tsp sea salt

Olive oill

Pepper
|

1/2cup honey
|

1/4 cup rice or white vinegar
|

1/4 tsp chili flakes
|
|
1/4 cup water
|
|
1 tsp garlic
|
|
1 tbsp lime juice
|
|
Zest from one lime
|

|
|

Instructions |
|
|
Mix shrimp, chopped onions, chopped garlic, salt and pepper
|
|
|
Heat olive oil to medium high, fry shrimp on each side until
golden, not overcrowding! Transfer to large bowl
|
|
|
Cool to room temp then chill in fridge several hours or
overnight ring all ingredients for drizzle except lime juice to
simmer for one minute
|
|
|
Remov from heat and add lme juice, cool on counter, then in
fridge
Serve shrimp cold on platter, pour sweet chili lime drizzle over
top
|
