Ingredients
1/2 c quinoa flakes or pure rolled oats
1/2 c ground flax seeds
1/4 c hulled pumpkin seeds
1 c chopped raw cashews
1/2 c DaVinci vanilla syrup
1/4 c walnut oil (I use olive)
1 c chopped pecans
1/2 c sliced almonds
1/4 c rasins or dried cherries or unsweetened dried cranberries
 
Take notice of notes at the bottom of instructions

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325.
Combine quinoa or oats with flax seed pumpkin seed and 1/2 of the cashews the vanilla syrup and oil. Mix well. Spread the mixture in a 8x8 pan (I use a 9 or 10 inch pie plate lined with parchment paper. Pat into about a 1/2 inch thick layer. Bake until nearly dry and crisp about 30 min. Let cool in the pan for at least one hour.
Meanwhile combine the pecans almonds dried fruit and remaining raw cashews in a lg bowl. Break cooled granola mixture into little pcs and mix into nut mixture.
I have cut the Da Vinci syrup to 1/3 c. Have baked for as long as 35 min depending on the oven. Watch carefully to not burn the nuts. Have also added unsweetened flaked coconut. 1/2 a cup or so with yogurt makes a great breakfast or a nice dessert.
