     Cookies and Cream Cheesecake Cupcakes

Ingredients
Pack of Oreos
1 pound (2 8-oz packages) cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
Pinch of salt
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 275°F. Line standard muffin tins with paper liners. Place 1 whole cookie in the bottom of each lined cup
Combine cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla.
Now add eggs, sour cream and salt. Then stir in chopped cookies by hand
fill cookie-lined cups and bake about 22 minutes. The refrigerate at least 4 hours (or up to overnight).
