     General Tso’s Chicken

Ingredients
1 pack of Chicken Cutlets - sliced into 1-inch cubes
Broccoli heads
black pepper
salt
4 egg whites
flour or cornstarch
oil (nut oils are the healthiest for this high heat cooking)
garlic
General tso's sauce
 

Instructions
lightly fry broccoli in butter and garlic and set aside. Combine eggs and spices then dip chicken in it
The coated chicken should now be dipped in the flour
Working in 2 or 3 batches, add the first batch of chicken cubes and fry until golden brown on the outside and cooked through, about 4 to 5 minutes. Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels. Repeat with the rest of the chicken.
Transfer chicken to another pan and att broccoli and stir and coat with sauce
Serving Suggestions
Serve with white rice
