     ND Tater Wedges and ND famous dipping sauce

Ingredients
6 Russet potatoes cut into lengthwise quarters (wedges)
6 tbsp. flour
2 tsp onion powder
2 tsp garlic powder
2 tsp paprika
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
4 tbsp oil. (I use olive oil, but vegetable or canola oil works also.
 
ND famous sauce
2/3 cup mayo (or miracle whip if you wish). You may use the light dressing if you wish
1/3 cup ketchup.
Mix together until thoroughly blended. If you want it a little hot add a couple drops of tabasco
sauce.

Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees Add you oil to a baking sheet with sides. Cut each potato into 8 wedges. Combine all dry ingredients into bag, and add a few potatoes at a time. Shaek to coat well. Place the potatoes coated side down into the oil on the pan. Continue doing this until all potatoes have been coated and placed in the oil Bake for about 20 min. and then pull out and flip over on the other side. Bake for another 20 min. Pull wedges out and sprinkle with kosher sale, Serve hot.
