     Simple and creamy tortellini Alfredo

Ingredients
1 can Chicken broth (14 1/2 oz)
1 cup water
2 pkgs (9 oz) each of refrigerated cheese tortellini
4 oz (1/2 of 8 oz pkg) of cream cheese cubed
1 cup frozen peas
3/4 cup finely shredded Italian five cheese blend
6 slided bacon cooked and crumbled or use pkg of real bacon bits
 

Instructions
Bring broth and water to boil in a large saucepan on medium-high heat. Add pasta; stie, cover; simmer on medium low heat for 8 to 9 min. or until pasta is tender (do not drain). Stir in cream cheese and peas- cook, uncovered 2 to 3 min. or until cream cheese is completely melted, sitrring occasionally. Stir in shredded cheese and bacon. I think I'm going to try this with whipping cream sometime or even alfredo sauce. I think both would be good.
