     Chicken Tortilla Soup

Ingredients
1 rotisserie chicken
2 C. chicken broth
3 Tbs. olive oil
1 onion, (chopped)
3 cloves garlic, (chopped)
1 (16oz) jar chunky salsa (I use picante)
2 (14.5oz) can peeled & diced petite tomatoes
1 (10.75oz) can condensed tomato soup
3 Tbs. chili powder
 
1 (15oz) can whole kernel corn, (drained)
2 (16oz) cans black beans, (undrained)
1 (8oz) container sour cream
tortilla chips (to sprinkle on top)
shredded jack cheese (to sprinkle on top)

Instructions
Shred chicken
In a large pot over medium heat, cook onion & garlic in olive oil until slightly browned.
Stir in salsa, diced tomatoes, tomato soup, chili powder, corn, black beans, sour cream, shredded chicken, & broth.
Simmer 30 minutes. Serve with crushed tortilla chips & shredded cheese.
