     Toll House Pan cookies

Ingredients
3 3/4 cups flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened (3 sticks)
1 1/4 cup white sugar
1 1/4 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp vanilla
3 eggs, beaten
 
1 pkg. (16 oz) semisweet chocolate chips (3 cups)

Instructions
Preheat oven to 375 degrees. In a small bowl, combine flour, soda, and salt. Set aside.
In a large bowl, combine butter, sugars and vanilla. Beat until creamy. Add eggs. Gradually add flour mixture. Mix well. Stir in chocolate chips.
Pat into greased jelly roll pan. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-20 mins. Do not over bake!
Cool. Cut into 2 inch squares = 35 squares.
