     Low Calorie Oven Fried Chicken

Ingredients
10 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 cup Bread crumbs
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/4 tsp Black pepper
4 tbsp Parsley
Low calorie Italian dressing
 

Instructions
Combine the bread crumbs, cheese, garlic powder, pepper and parsley. Dip the chicken in the Italian salad dressing and then roll in the bread crumbs. Place the chicken in a baking dish that has been coated with vegetable cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 45 minutes.
