4 EGGS
2 T. MAYO
1/8 t. ONION SALT
3/4 t. DIJON STYLE MUSTARD
1/2 t. WHITE VINEGAR
3 DROPS HOT PEPPER SAUCE
1/8 t. PAPRIKA
1/8 t. SALT
1/8 t. PEPPER
 

Instructions
PUT EGGS IN SINGLE LAYER IN MED SAUCEPAN. ADD COLD WATER TO COVER 1 INCH ABOVE EGGS. BRING TO BOIL COVER,REMOVE FROM HEAT ALLOW TO STAND 20 MIN. PUT IN COLD WATER REMOVE INNNEDIATELY AND SHELL.
CUT COOLED EGGS IN HALF LENGTHWISE. REMOVE YOLKS.
MIX EGG YOLKS WITH REST OF INGREDIENTS. PILE INTO EGG WHITE HALFS. SPRINKLE WITH PAPRIKA.
