     Mexican Chicken Cassarole

Ingredients
5 lbs of boneless, skinless chicken brests
1 can cream of chicken
1 can cream of mushroom
2 cans corn
2 cans mexican or red beans
2 bell peppers (any color)
1 med onion
2 packages tortillas or a bag of doritos
1/2 block of velveeta
 
garlic powder
desired chili powder
broth from chicken

Instructions
Boil chicken with garlic until done. Tear chicken into small strips. Dice cheese into 1/2 inch cubes. Dice onions and bell peppers. Mix in large bowl cream of chicken, cream of mushroom, corn, beans, onion, bell peppers, chili powder, chicken and chicken broth. Layer in baking dishes- About an inch of Soup and chicken mixture then tear up tortilla shells and places on top (or just add doritos) then add cheese repeate unil dish is full.
Bake in oven at 350 for one hour
