Ingredients
can of garbanzo/chick peas- 500 grams
450 ml water
juice of a lemon
1 teasp or less salt
1/8 teasp cumin
2 tablespoon of olive oil
400 grams Tehini
paprika
za'atar if you can find any
 

Instructions
Place the hummus beans in a pot with its own water and add another 400-450 ml of water. Heat to boiling, turn flame to low and simmer for about 15 minutes. Remove any foam and pour the hummus beans into a strainer over a bowl. Save the water.
Remove as many skins as you have the patience to. Put aside about 2 tablespoons of whole hummus beans and place the rest into a blender or processor. Add 400 ml of the water they were cooked in,the Tehini, the spices (not the Za'atar),olive oil and lemon juice. Process or blenderize until smooth. If it is too thick to process add a bit more of the water saved.
Check if you need to add more salt or spices and then place in a container that has a lid. Make a crater in the hummus and pour olive into it decorating with zaatar,paprika, cumin and the whole hummus beans.
