Ingredients
1/2 c. slivered raw almonds
3 Tbl. nutritional yeast
1/2 tsp. salt
 

Instructions
In a food processor, finely grind the almonds, pulsing to avoid over-processing. Do not over-process or it will turn into a paste. Transfer the almonds to a small bowl. Add the yeast and the salt and stir to combine. Keep your faux parm store tightly covered in the refrigerator, where it will keep for up to 2 weeks.
