     Easy Pizza Dough

Servings   2 pizzas

Ingredients
1 pkg active dry yeast
1 cup warm water (120 degrees)
2 cups bread flour (plus 1/2 cup, if sticky)
2 tblsp evoo
1 tsp salt
2 tsp white sugar
 

Instructions
1. In small bowl, dissolve yeast in warm water. Let stand 10 minutes.
2. In large bowl, combine 2 cups flour, evoo, salt and sugar. Combine with yeast. Beat until a stiff dough forms (may need to add more flour if too sticky).
3. Cover bowl with a tea towel to let it rise, about 30 minutes. Preheat oven to 400F.
4. Turn dough out onto a well floured surface. Roll out into pizza shape. Top with sauce and toppings. Bake for about 20 minutes.
Serving Suggestions
add cornmeal to the baking sheet to prevent pizza being soggy.
