     Tender Oven Stew

Ingredients
2 lbs. boneless beef chuck cut into 1 inch cubes
4 cup water
1 t. lemon juice
1 t. Worcestershire sauce
1 clove garlic
1 medium onion, sliced
2 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 t. sugar
 
6 carrots
3 medium potatoes

Instructions
Combine all ingredients in Dutch oven. Cover and bake 4 hours at 325 degrees.
