Grease one 9x13 baking pan, preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place butterscotch chips and butter in a stovetop pan and melt slowly. Once melted, add brown sugar, whole wheat flour, salt, vanilla and eggs to pan. Stir to combine, then fold in gently the mini marshmallows, chocolate chips and chopped walnuts. Spread mixtuer evenly over baking pan, bake for 25 minutes or until lightly brown.
