Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 2 loaf pans. Beat sugar, margarine, eggs and vanilla in bowl on medium speed for 2 minutes; scrape bowl. Beat in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt alternately with sour cream on low speed.
Prepare Brown Sugar Filling- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar, 1 1/2 tsp. ground Cinnamon. Mix all ingredients. Spread one half of the batter in each pan. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the filling. Use remaining batter to cover filling.
Bake about 45 minutes until tooth pick comes out clean. Remove from pan. Cool 10 minutes. Drizzle with glaze.
Glaze- 1/2 cup powdered sugar, 1/4 cup vanilla, 1 to 2 tsp. milk
