     Sirloin Chili

Ingredients
1/3 cup olive oil
1 lb sirloin steak, diced
1 lb ground beef
2 cups chopped onions
4 garlic cloves minced
1/3 cup cornmeal
1/3 cup chili powder
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp ground cumin
 
1/2 tsp white pepper
1/2 tsp salt
4 cups beef broth
1 can kidney beans, drained and rinsed (15 oz.)
Plus a few secret ingredients!

Instructions
-Heat olive oil in large pot -Brown steak and beef, remove from heat and set aside
-In same pot, cook over medium heat, onions and garlic until soft -Add cornmeal, chili powder, cayenne, cumin, pepper and salt
-Cook for 5 minutes stirring constantly -Reduce heat, add broth and return beef
-Simmer uncovered for 1 hour or until meat is tender -Stir in beans and simmer for 15 minutes -Serve and enjoy with shredded cheese and diced white onions
