     Sausage and egg breakfast casserole

Ingredients
1 can crescent rolls
1 lb sausage
2 cups shredded cheese
8 eggs
1 cup half and half
 

Instructions
Brown sausage until done. Unroll crescent rolls in a 9x11 pan and press on bottom to form crust.
Whip eggs and half and half until frothy. Layer sausage and cheese and pour egg mixture over all.
Bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until set and cheese is melted. Let sit at least 15 minutes before cutting and serving.
