Boil sweet potates until tender
Wash and cut into slices
Cook in brown & serve bag in a casserole dish
Add brown and white sugar, season to taste (use more white sugar)
Add water in bag so yams will not stick
Shake bag so yams are coated well
Cut slices of butter over yams and sprinkle lemon extract
Sprinkle ground cinnimon over yams
