Place chick peas, lemon juice tahinii, garlic and salt in blender or food processor.

Blend until it's creamy and well mixed.
|
|
|
Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl.
|
|
|
Sprinkle with pepper and pour olive oil over the top.
