Place 2 c flour, butter, sugar, eggs and water in large bowl. Beat slowly to moisten.
Sprinkle salt, baking powder and yeast over mixture. Let stand 1 min. Beat well.
Work remaining flour in to make stiff dough. Place in well greased bowl, turning once to grease top. Cover with greased wax paper and towel. Let stand on counter overnight. In the morning, punch dough down. Shape into buns. Arrange in greased pan. Let stand in oven with door closed for 2-3 hrs, until doubled in size.
Bake at 375 for 35-40 min.
