Preheat oven to 350. Mix the flour, cocoa, and salt in medium bowl. Beat the butter and sugar in large bowl with electric mixer until creamy. Add the egg, beating until just blended. Mix in the dry ingredients to form a smooth dough. Form the dough into balls the size of walnuts and place two inches apart on a pam sprayed cookie sheet. Press your thumb into each one to make a small hollow. Bake one batch at a time for 12-15 mins, or until firm to the touch. Transfer to racks to cool.
