Ingredients
12 oz pkg (2 c) butterscotch chips
12 oz pkg (2 c) semi-sweet chocolate chips
3 cups spanish peanuts
 
Instructions
Line cookie sheet with waxed paper. Using a double boiler, melt both kinds of chips until smooth. Stir in peanuts until well coated.
Drop mixture by rounded teaspoons onto cookie sheet. Chill in fridge until set.
