Ingredients
1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple with juice
2 (3 ounce) packages pistachio instant pudding mix
3/4 cup chopped pecans
1 (12 ounce) carton frozen whipped topping, thawed
 
Instructions
Mix pineapple with instant pudding mix and stir until it thickens slightly. Add pecans. Mix well and fold in whipped topping; refrigerate.
