     Pineapple Crunch Gelatin

Ingredients
1 (3 ounce) box orange or lime gelatin
1/2 cup grated carrots
1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
 

Instructions
Stir gelatin in 3/4 cup boiling water until dissolved. Refrigerate until partially set. Stir in carrots and pineapple and pour into serving bowl. Refrigerate until firm.
