Mix all ingrediants except tortillas. Break
tortillas into bite size pieces layer with chicken
mixture in casserole dish. (Tortillas at the bottom
of dish).
Top with grated cheese and bake 375 for 1hr.

Serve with a side of Mexican rice and black beans.
