Ingredients
1c mashed potatoes
2c warm water
3/4 c margarine/butter
1/2c sugar
1/4 c honey
1tsp salt
2-4 eggs
2tbsp yeast
 
Instructions
Mix Warm water, yeast and sugar. Let sit and rise for about 10min. Add softened butter, honey, salt, eggs and mashed potatoes.
Let rise 1-2 hrs.
