1 (16 ounce) package shredded cabbage

1 bunch green onions with tops, sliced

2 cups cubed cheddar or mozzarella cheese

1/4 cup sliced black olives
|

1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn with peppers, drained

1 cup mayonnaise
|
|
2 Tablespoons sugar
|
|
1 Tablespoon mustard
|
|
2 Tablespoons vinegar
|

Instructions |

|
Combine cabbage, onions, cheese, olives and corn and add a few sprinkles of salt.

To make the dressing- Mix mayonnaise, sugar,mustard, and vinegar and mix well. Toss dressing and slaw, cover and refrigerate.
