     Hot Slaw

Ingredients
1 (2 pound) head cabbage
6 strips bacon
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
 

Instructions
Shred cabbage. Dice bacon and cook until crisp. Remove bacon and save pan drippings. Add sugar, celery seed, mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt and vinegar to skillet with drippings. When mixture is hot, pour over cabbage and turn to mix well. Add crumbled bacon and serve.
