Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix oil with salt, pepper,
thyme, and garlic powder.

Dip one side of chicken in the seasoned oil. Let the excess
oil drip off.
|
|
|
Dip the oiled side of the chicken into the crumbs. Place the
chicken in a baking pan.
|
|
|
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Drizzle honey liberally
over the chicken. Bake for 10-15 minutes more until chicken
is cooked and still moist.
