     Honey Crunch Chicken

Ingredients
Boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or any chicken parts you like)
Vegetable oil
1/2 tsp. dried thyme
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
Corn Flake crumbs or crushed cracker crumbs
Honey
 

Instructions
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix oil with salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder.
Dip one side of chicken in the seasoned oil. Let the excess oil drip off.
Dip the oiled side of the chicken into the crumbs. Place the chicken in a baking pan.
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Drizzle honey liberally over the chicken. Bake for 10-15 minutes more until chicken is cooked and still moist.
