     Chinese Noodles

Ingredients
8 c water
1 T salt
1 lb chinese noodles
2 T sesame seeds
1/4 c vegetable oil
2 T toasted sesame oil
3/4 c soy sauce
3 T ground coriander
1 tsp salt
 
1/4 black pepper
10 green onions thinly sliced
3/4 c sliced almonds

Instructions
In large sauce pan bring water to boil with salt, add noodles and cook 3 to 5 minutes until tender, drain well and place in large bowl.
In small saucepan bring oil and sesame oil until hot, stir in sesame seeds are lightly browned. Remove from heat and stir in soy sauce, coriander, salt and pepper.
Pour hot dressing over noodles toss to coat. add green onoins and almonds. Serve warm, room temperature or chilled
