4 oz feta or Gorgonzola cheese(all cheeses finely shredded)
4 oz jar diced pimiento
2 tsp sweet pickle juice
3 tbsp mustard
1 cup mayonnaise
Instructions
Drain pimientos and discard liquid. Process cheese in a food processor until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrap down the sides. Add remaining ingredients and process until well blended.
