     Guinness French Dip

Ingredients
3-4 lb rump roast
1 bottle Guinness stout (or any dark beer)
1 can beef broth
1 can condensed onion soup
French rolls or hoagie buns
Cheese-swiss, provolone, havarti or whatever you like
butter
 

Instructions
Cook roast in crockpot with soups and beer for 7 hrs on low or until tender enough to shred.
Butter rolls and toast under broiler-add cheese. Add shredded beef and serve with bowls of the broth.
