     Brie and Bacon Quiche

Ingredients
1 deep dish pie crust
4-6 oz brie cheese (rind removed)
4-6 oz swiss cheese-shredded
6 large eggs
10 slices bacon-cooked crisp and crumbled
1/2 cup whipping cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp worcestershire sauce
dash of pepper, salt, nutmeg
 

Instructions
Crumble cheeses in bottom of pie crust. layer crumbled bacon on top
Mix all other ingredients and pour over bacon/cheese mixture. Bake at 375 for 45 minutes or until browned on top and toothpick comes out clean
Let sit 10 minutes before serving.
