     Panna Cotta

Ingredients
5 Oz. of Milk
5 Oz. of Heavy Cream
2 Oz. of Sugar
2 Sheets of Gelatin
0.5 Tsp of Vanilla Paste
 

Instructions
1. Mise en plase and scale all ingredients. 2. In a sauce pan heat milk, cream, sugar and vanilla. 3. Add gelatin sheet after you let sit in water. Make sure to squeeze excess water out of gelatin sheet. 4. Stir all ingredients well. 5. Pour mixture into aluminum cups. 6. Cover cups with plastic wrap before refrigerating.
